Return & Exchange conditions

  • Orders are able to be cancelled and refunded before shipping. Order can not be cancelled after it was shipped.
  • Easy to initiate a refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery.
  • Items can be returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
  • Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items).
  • If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
  • As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take a longer time to arrive.
